I contacted chiropractor Aleksander Bjargo due to pain in the neck and arms after a lot of sedentary work. It did not take long before the pain began to subside, and I noticed that I slept like I have never done before and I feel energized. I would recommend everyone to go to a chiropractor. This type of treatment method is based on quality of life and balance between body and soul. I’ve had a headaches for 10 years. Slept restlessly and therefore very tired during the day. With chiropractic treatment, everything has become much better. There is still more to adjust but I am well on my way to recovery. I can recommend it to others as this has helped me. I have tried many other things before that have not helped in the same way. I got a “crick” in the back. It has been a problem that has come up again and again. After I started with a chiropractor, the general condition has improved from “top to bottom”. I feel that the posture has improved, ie straighter in the back and I have become more observant of how I use my back. I would recommend others as probably everyone needs some correction of the spine. I came down to Aleksander Bjargo due to back and neck pain, as well as a sore knee. I myself am a chiropractor and know the importance of having a healthy and functioning back that results in a well-functioning nervous system. After only five treatments, everything felt very good! I will point out that Alexander is enormously skilled in his subject. He is careful, specific and efficient. I would definitely recommend the clinic to those who have not experienced chiropractic before. For me, it is fundamentally important to have optimal health through a functioning back.

I fell and injured my back one day and could barely move. I was put in contact with chiropractor Aleksander Bjargo who saw me during the day. I went to Advanced Chiropractic in Albir due to a crooked back and pain, which had come from me sitting on a hard bench for too long 24/12/18. On 25/12 I went to a doctor who gave me various medicines, but these did not help. After 6 treatments with chiropractor Aleksander Bjargo, my back is straightened again and the pain is gone. Here I have been very well received and I’ve felt “seen”. When I first came to Advanced Chiropractic in Albir, I had severe pain in my thigh. It was very difficult to walk and I was dependent on using poles. I received a careful examination by chiropractor Aleksander Bjargo who took good time examining me. I felt that I was with someone who wanted to get to the bottom of the problem. He sent me for an X-ray and then found out from the pictures how I should be treated further. I got better after each treatment and I will now go for walks and continue with the training program I have run every day since at home. I am very pleased with the reception and implementation that has been given to me.
