About our online booking system

Dear patient,

More and more patients are now using online booking through our website. We have however noticed that some users don’t always enter the same details when booking as when they registered as a new patient the first time. We have several instances of patients using or adding another first or last name, or even using another email address.

Unfortunately, this causes the system to not recognise the user and therefore register it as a new patient!

To make things easier

To circumvent this issue, we strongly advise you to download our patient app for iPhone or Android. You’ll find the app easy to use and more convenient for viewing and managing your bookings.

  1. Download and install the app for either iPhone or Android. Start by tapping the link that corresponds to your device.
  2. Open the app. (You may change the language at the bottom of the screen.)
  3. Enter the access code: OAZWKJLZ and press Next.
  4. Go to Sign Up and enter your email address and preferred password, and tap the Sign up button.
    Important: Use the same email address as when you registered as a new patient!
  5. You will then receive a confirmation email with a link. Tap the link to confirm your email address.
  6. Go back to the patient app and sign in using your credentials.
  7. Tap the + button to start booking your appointment!

Important reminder!

If you however still choose to book through our web site, please be sure to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email address and Phone number correctly. Put in exactly what you entered when registering as a new patient the first time!
