Derfor b\u00f8r man ta en titt p\u00e5 kostholdet i f\u00f8rste omgang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det skader heller ikke \u00e5 styrke bakteriefloraen i magen, og jeg vil anbefale alle \u00e5 ta et probiotikatilskudd. Naturlige produkter som fiberhusk og senbladet er med p\u00e5 \u00e5 gi en god ford\u00f8yelse.
